( Ages: Teens and up ) Ottercise Water Workout is an exercise program designed to maximize aerobic and stretching results while minimizing the stress impact. The low impact routines are accompanied by music making it fun while you lose weight and get in shape. This class meets for 40 minutes, two days a week for eight weeks.
Join the fun and enjoy exercise that is healthy for your body. The water allows your body to perform in a much safer atmosphere. The resistance in the water gives you a great workout without a lot of stress on your body.
The purpose of this class is to give the community an opportunity to exercise, stregthen cardiovascular development and encourage body tone. Check with your physician to make sure this is the right exercise program for you.
